David Peak–Acquisitions Editor David Peak–Acquisitions Editor Otherwise known as "the gatekeeper," David protects the Leucrota crew from the demons and devils of the dark overlord otherwise known as "the slush pile." His weapons? An extensive knowledge of 19th century Russian literature and a deep love of all things genre—especially Italian horror films made between the years of 1959 and 1983.
An educator by trade, an editor by passion, and a human being by default, David regularly reads and performs his work throughout Gotham City (aka Chicago, IL). In the near-future he plans on exploring one of six hidden dimensions, joining forces with Belial, and ruling an underground kingdom of fire and brimstone.
